This is another one of my family’s favourite dishes. These mouth watering, deliciously tender American-style pork ribs with a spicy, sticky marinade, are guaranteed to impress any crowd.


Pork Spare Ribs, Brown Sugar, Onion, Malt Vinegar (Vinegar (Naturally Brewed From Malt (Barley & Wheat) & Fermented Spirit), Colour (Caramel Iii).), Tomato, Whiskey, Jalapeno, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seed 18%, Salt, Sugar, Food Acid (Acetic), Turmeric.), Tomato Sauce (Concentrated Tomatoes, Sugar, Salt, Vinegar, Natural Flavours, Food Acid (Citric Acid).), Garlic, Salt, Chilli, Cumin, Mustard Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cinnamon, Oregano.


Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

Cooking Time:

12 to 17 minutes

Reheat in Oven: 

1. Preheat oven to 150C and remove foil tray from vacuum pouch. 

2. Place ribs on a roasting pan. 

3. If defrosted, heat for 12 - 15 minutes. 

4. If frozen, heat for 15 - 17 minutes. 

5. Carefully remove from the oven, lather your Sweet BBQ Whisky Sauce all over the top and heat for another 3 minutes. 

6. Carefully remove tray from oven as it will be hot. 

7. Serve and enjoy!
