Indulge in the epitome of Greek culinary with George Calombaris' Greek Lamb Skewers. Expertly crafted from the finest lamb backstrap, these skewers are a harmonious blend of succulent meat, Bastourma XO, & a hint of spice from the chilli oil.

Lamb Back Strap, Tomato, Olive Oil, Chilli Oil (Soybean Oil, Chilli), Shallot, Bastourma (Beef, Salt, Sodium Nitrite (250), Spices, Sugar, Antioxidant (316), Food Acid (334,575)), Dried Scallop (Mollusc), Dried Shrimp (Crustacean), Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans (18%), Wheat, Salt.), Chilli Flakes, Garlic, Ginger, Star Anise, Salt, Cinnamon.


Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. We recommend using the instructions as a guide and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. The internal temperature must be above 75C. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

Cooking Time:

8 to 27 minutes

Reheat in Oven: 

1. Preheat oven to 180C and remove from vacuum pouch. 

2. Place skewers on a tray. 

3. If defrosted, cook for 8 - 12 minutes. 

4. If frozen, cook for 22 - 27 minutes. 

5. Carefully remove tray from oven as it will be hot. 

6. Serve and enjoy!
