Steamed Broccolini with Miso Maple Sauce

Crisp, tender broccolini, glazed with a delicious blend of miso maple sauce infused with soy and garlic.


Our reheat instructions are based on a standard home oven, stove and microwave. Cooking times may vary dependent on your equipment. We recommend you use the instructions as a guide only and check the internal temperature before serving. The best way to do this is to use a probe. Internal temperature must be above 75℃. If you do not have a probe, insert a knife into the centre of the product and ensure it is piping hot. You will get the best result if you defrost the meal prior to reheating. The safest way to do this is to defrost your meal in its sealed tray or pouch in your fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

Reheat in the oven:

1. Preheat oven to 220℃, if you have broiler or grill setting this will work best. 2. Place the broccoli on a baking tray lined with baking paper & drizzle with a little olive oil. From defrosted bake for 5 - 7 minutes. 3. From frozen heat for 9 - 12 minutes. 4. Be careful when removing it from the oven, as the tray will be very hot. 5. Once cooked, drizzle your miso maple glaze on top Serve and enjoy!

Reheat on the BBQ:

1. Cook on medium high for 5-7 minutes until nicely charred 2. Once cooked, drizzle your miso maple glaze on top 3. Serve and enjoy!
